Healthy Genie Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work really hard to prevent any damage during transit and protect all the package and product, however, once the products leave our kitchen, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us directly at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will contact you right away. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item if applicable. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
